For buying a hard copy of the magazine, click the “Order Print” button in the magazine information page. This will show a popup, where you can choose the size and format of the print.

In upcoming days we’ll be launching your long-awaited features to make your Christmas publications even more attractive and engaging even more readers. Today we’ll start with the Rating system, which you may have already noticed in some of our magazines or maybe even had a luck to test it out.

Publishers can benefit from the Rating system by collecting even more information from readers about specific product, overall magazine experience or whatever they like, meanwhile readers can give ratings to all those subjects and help publishers make their future issues even better.

Like the rest of our features, this one is also easy to deploy and use. In our online editor you’ll find a new tool for that and will be able to customize the scale and the appearance of the rating.

Now you’ll be able to publish your magazines directly to iPad and bring all the action and excitement of interactive magazines to your readers. You have probably already noticed some changes in the Magazine Management section in the Control Panel.  With this new interface you’ll be able to organize all issues of your magazine in a single entry, which can be embedded to your website or you may setup annual subscription for it.

Note for publishers: for enabling printing, select the “Allow printing” checkbox in the magazine settings page.

With the enhanced zooming you will no longer have problems with reading small sized texts and viewing double-page spread content. You will be able to adjust the zooming level and flip pages more easily now.

You may have already noticed a new icon on the toolbar of the viewer. And probably you have already tried it. So that’s true, it’s a download button for the magazine, which doesn’t require any registration for downloading the PDF version of the publication.

For a long time it was possible to put background sounds in magazines by placing flash music players on pages. The main drawback of it was inability to pause/play the sound when a user flipped the page. So we decided to add a native background sound support in the online editor, which solves all those issues. You can find the new feature in the “Page properties” panel on the right.

In addition to this, we have made many bug fixes, improved mac compatibility and added some minor features, like new line style “star”.
