We’re incredibly excited to announce the official launch of Zapier’s integration with Joomag!
Zapier is the premier web automation service that connects your favorite apps, ensuring they all work together to provide a more centralized working experience. Chances are that if you’re serious about your business (be it sales, corporate communications, or marketing), you’re probably using more than one platform to store your contacts and other valuable data. What Zapier does is help you sync, move, and access all that scattered data across multiple platforms easily.
How? With “Zaps.” A “Zap” is an automated workflow, or blueprint, necessary for two apps to interact with each other. Once you create a Zap, Zapier will kick-off the action based on your specifications or triggers. Once something happens in one app, an action is automatically triggered in another.
Here are some ways you can automate repetitive tasks in your day-to-day Joomag workflows using Zapier:
1. Add new contacts to multiple platforms simultaneously
If you’re using MailChimp, for example, you can connect your account to Joomag using Zapier. That way, any new contact you add to your MailChimp account will appear in your Joomag profile as well. That’s a lot of time saved!
2. Send single issues automatically
Once a new subscriber is added to your Joomag contact list, instantly send him or her a magazine issue. It’s a great way of saying thanks and letting them know you appreciate their loyalty.
You’ll never have to upload the same PDF file twice after configuring this Zap. Any PDF file uploaded to Box will be automatically converted into a Joomag issue by Zapier.
